Sustainability & Return Policy

To minimize environmental impact and eliminate excess waste, we do not maintain physical inventory. Every piece is crafted specifically for you only after you place your order. Because of this intentional production process, all sales are Final Sale. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, materials are allocated and production begins immediately. Therefore, cancellations or order modifications are only permitted within 4 hours of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sacredoasis.hq@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue so we can arrange a replacement for you.
